Welcome to Janelle’s School of Dance. I am so excited to be able to offer my expertise and decades of experience in teaching dance and ballet classes to a wide range of children in the area. We now have 4 exciting locations (Seaford, Beaumaris, Parkdale and Mornington).
Imagine the privilege it is to introduce our wee friends to the wonderful world of dance. In every dance class I aim to make sunshine for my students and make them fall in love with the Art of Dance and through their participation, fall in love a little bit more with themselves. What a privilege!
Life is better when you are Dancing and my goal in every class is to make Ballet for our distinguished learners the BEST time of their day! For our young learners and their ‘ Mummy/ Daddy/ Grandparent’ THE BEST 30 minutes of their day.
Janelle’s School of Dance main location is at Talbot Hall, Senior Citizens Hall, 2-6R Broughton Road, Seaford (Next door to Seaford Community Centre) and directly behind the Seaford Village Shopping Centre on Nepean Highway.
We cater for all children in the South-Eastern Suburbs including Seaford, Carum Downs, Carrum, Patterson Lakes, Chelsea, Frankston, Edithvale, Mordialloc, Aspendale, Beamaris, Parkdale, Mentone, Mornington Peninsula and all other areas in between!
Two new classes are on offer to the wonderful Mornington Peninsula community: ‘Over 50 Adult Ballet’ & ‘ Mummy( Daddy/ Grandparents) & Me ‘Dance classes for 2- 21/2 year olds.
The prestigious Royal Academy of Dance has introduced Silver Swans-a Ballet class for ‘Over 50 Adult Dance’ sessions which I am thrilled to bring to Mornington.
Imagine my joy for our fabulous 50* of giving someone the chance to pick up an activity that they may have pursued and loved as a child, or an activity that they have longed to learn however never had the opportunity.
Inside every dancer, is a beginner that fell in love!

Fun filled sessions of Ballet and Dance play for 3-5 yr olds are enormously popular in Seaford!
Miss Janelle has to ensure that she has sufficient numbers of fairy or goblin wands and King and Queen tiara’s to go around !
The children will be introduced to a range of new positions, routines and songs.
Your child will count down the number of sleeps to their next class !
